2. When Is a Replacement Offered?

A replacement will be provided if:

  • Your current dialer account is unable to make or receive inbound or outbound calls,
    and
  • The issue is verified and confirmed by our technical support team as a service-level problem (not caused by user misconfiguration, or internet issues).

In such cases, we will issue a new replacement account with equivalent features at no additional cost.

3. Replacement Timeframe

Once the issue is verified by our support team, we aim to provide a replacement within 1–6 business hours, depending on availability and complexity. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process.

4. How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement account:

  2. Provide:
    • Your user ID
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Any relevant screenshots or error messages
  3. Our team will investigate and confirm if a replacement is applicable.
  4. If eligible, a new account will be delivered to you via email or your user dashboard.

5. Important Notes

  • Replacement is our first line of action before any refund is considered.
  • If a working replacement cannot be provided within a reasonable time, and the issue remains unresolved, a refund may be considered in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • Each replacement is issued based on the plan type you originally purchased.
  • Misuse of the replacement policy (e.g., repeated false claims) may result in account suspension.
