Yes, you can use the dialer on both mobile and desktop devices — but not at the same time.

Concurrent calling from multiple devices is not supported. You can switch between devices (e.g., make calls from your phone or your laptop), but only one device can be active at a time.

If you require multiple simultaneous calls or users, we recommend upgrading to our Business or Enterprise plan, which supports multi-user access and concurrent call functionality.

Yes, call recording is included in all plans. You can enable or disable recording through the dialer settings.

We do not offer a free trial, but our Beginner plan is designed for low-risk testing with full dialer functionality at a low cost.  

Only available in the Enterprise Plan, where you can add multiple users under one business account and manage concurrent calls.
