    and
  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue or provide a working replacement account.

If these two conditions are met and verified by our technical support team, a full refund for that billing cycle will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after purchase
  • Service issues due to poor internet connectivity on the user’s end
  • Misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of terms 
  • If a replacement account has already been offered and is working

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  3. If the issue is confirmed and no working solution is possible, a refund will be processed within 3 business days.
